It's been a while...

Hello! It's me. :) It has been quite some time since I have added anything new to my blog. A lot as being happening in my life. Left a job, and started working at a couple new jobs. Started college classes. I have been out of school for 24 years, so it was quite a change for me. I am excited to see where this new journey takes me!
I am showing graduation cards, but I haven't graduated yet. ;) It is just that time of year. Have a couple friends that have graduates, in their house, this year. What an exciting time, for these young men and women. Praying for them, as they make their choices for the journey ahead of them.

Until next time! Have fun crafting and enjoy the precious moments in life!

Selling some of my stamps and craft items...

Stamps for sale...

I am needing some dental work done, so to help pay for the procedure, I am selling some of my stamps and craft items.  Please follow this link: Stamps and craft items album to see what all I have to offer.  I am also going to be listing some ribbon that I have not used.  Thanks for looking!

Address books...

These were probably one of my favorite projects to make.  They are an address book with pockets to keep greeting cards.

They are made with 6x9 envelopes that have a place to write birthdays and important dates for the month.  The envelopes also hold your cards, that you need to send.

Between the envelopes are pages for addresses.

They were fun to make, and I hope they were well used.

One down....lots to go...

Been working on Christmas cards and stuff.  Have one whole card done, have the fronts ready for several more (thank you, Lara!)
This is based on a card in the Stampin' Up! 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog.
Thanks for stopping by and looking.  :o)

Just some valentine stuff...

It is hard to believe that the first weekend in February is over.  This month is going to fly by.  Next Monday is Valentine's Day, are you ready?  I have been working on a lot of gifts and cards.  I have been enjoying myself.  Here are just some of the things I have made:

Sorry the last photo is not very good. I should have taken the photo next to my window, it would have turned out so much better.  I saw it on the Spellbinders blog, and I thought it was gorgeous.  Mine did not turn out as pretty as hers, but I still liked it.

Thanks for looking.  Will try to post more pictures later.

Some little notebooks…

Just wanted to spice up some small notebooks.  One was for a prize during the pcC board “sketti” party.  I hope Jaime like's it. :o)  The other one is for the contest that I am having for guessing Lara’s due date.  Got the idea for dressing up the notebooks from Gina K DesignsStamp TV.  She has some very wonderful projects on her site.  Love the gift card holder, really want to try that!

Off to work on some cards, for a RAK that Nanc is hosting for the pcC board.  Have a great weekend, everyone!

Desktop memo boards...

This idea came from Laurie, on the pcCrafter message board.  It is made from a plastic photo frame.  You use a dry-erase marker to write on the frame.  It writes on and wipes off so nice!  I had done these before, except I put a post-it note on the frame to write the notes on.  I like these idea as well.  Now I have two of them on desktop, one with post-it notes and one without.

This set was made from graphics by Laurie Furnell and Carolee Jones.  You can find them at pcCrafter.

Lorie

Just a little calendar...

This is one of the business card size calendars. It would be really good for if you have no room on your desk, it takes up hardly any room. The dimensions are: 3.62" high x 2.40" wide.

I didn't do anything fancy with them.  I think too much on them, and there won't be any room for the calendar.  All graphics on this calendar are by Carolee Jones.

Friday Giveaway and some Photo Calendars...

I found a new site that has some very cool ideas, and she has Friday Giveaways.  Check it out...

I also found a site where I can buy the cases for CD calendars.  Well, they had other sizes as well.  They have a large landscape size, all the way down to a business card size.  They are really cute.  Anyway, I got a sample pack, so I got 5 of each size.  I saw on their site that they had a link to make photo calendars, well I can do the photo calendars all my own.  :) Here are two of my versions of their photo calendars:

Sorry the pictures are not so great. It is hard taken a picture of a picture.  ;)  I do like how they turned out.  I hope to make some of these for Christmas gifts, and maybe sell some as well.

Oh, the link to the site for the cases is www.calendar-case.com  I think they prices are very reasonable, and they have excellent shipping speed.

Candle decoration...

Being a member of the pcCrafter message board, I have seen many wonderful creations.  This is one of them that I have wanted to try.  You print/stamp/draw on tissue paper, and then put the decoration on a candle.  The gals that have done them are always saying how easy they are...they are pretty easy.  I was very surprised.

I used graphics from pcCrafter.  The Thanksgiving graphics are by Laurie Furnell.  The Christmas graphics are by Carolee Jones.

Thanks for looking...
